RETURNS

If you have any problem with your product(s), please contact us at marketing@team.org within 30 days of receiving the item and we will arrange a product return or exchange.

 

Please note that you will be responsible for the return postage or returning the item(s) to a TEAM office.

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Items in this store are available to ship to US and Canadian addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not have a cost-effective option for shipping internationally at this time.

 

How do I track my order?

 

When your order ships you will receive a tracking code via the email address provided in your ordering process.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

 

You should receive your items within 7-10 days of your order date.

What are your delivery options?

 

A flat-rate shipping charge of $4 is added to every order.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

 

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept payment by check or cash, but please add an additional 2 weeks processing time for orders paid for by check or cash.
